Aim : to prepare the Support Committee for an ECI on january 2014 concerning the regulation of electromagnetic fields and gather at least seven countries around one or many common claimings to settle it down.

The real goal is to gain one million signatures in order to register the ECI on the daily programm of the European Commission agenda.

Method : the countries of the EU who wish the join this action, must consult the european treaties and mention the article from the treaty on which they take on.

The countries write their own strong demands. Then, the demands must be written, if it is possible, with the help of a lawyer who is specialist in environnemental and european law. (Title 100 words, object 200 words)

The countries that support the ECI must then send to France to the Sans Onde Association, which centralize the action, their documents with the logo of the concerned associations.

All the demands of the seven countries will be send, step by step, to each of the correspondent of the countries wich support the ECI.

A note will be done and send by mail every month to the support committee. Obviously, it is the function of the members of the committee to send news regularly.

(Temporary) schedule:

In April, May, June, 2013:
Reunion(Meeting) of the support committee via Skype on April 29th at 8 pm. (For the new countries, the invitation is to be asked the Skype address: esteban.luis.sanchez) which(who) will be validated by the support committee.

A meeting is scheduled(programmed) in Brussels on June 27th. The morning with the support committee in public place (to define) and after noon(south) to the European parliament in the presence of Michèle Rivasi and Sandrine Bélier députée européennes and of Marie Bové. You must absolutely contact your european deputees in order to connect them with the two french european deputees quoted.

Business meeting the whole day at the european parliament between the persons who support the ECI project and the deputees : knowing each other, synthesis and prospects.

- Research of a consensus on the demand(s) of the first countries
- Note in the international press

September 2013 : Second meeting for the support committe. Note on the countries of the ECI. The place and precise day of this meeting are to fix (Madrid, Paris …). Changes may occur in the diary done after this.

October 2013 : Registration of the ECI ( two months)
December 2013 : attestation of the collecting method ( one month )
January 2014 : Beginning of the collect for the support declarations ( twelve months )
January 2015 : End of the collect 

From january 2014 to january 2015 we must plan a events diary with our european deputees to make an easier spreading of the information and supports for the ECI.
March 2015 : End of checking for the support declarations
April 2015 : introduction of the ECI at the european parliament
